📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain network performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document and maintain IT policies and procedures.,Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery exercises.,Assist in the management of IT assets and inventory.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with IT support tools and ticketing systems.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

🛠️ Keahlian
