As an Assistant Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts, assisting in the identification, attraction, and selection of top talent. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job analysis, job posting, and candidate sourcing.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews and maintaining records.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ATS and applicant tracking systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.,Ability to travel within the region as needed.
