📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive company growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Manage and oversee construction planning projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance our services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and construction planning consultancy
• Strong understanding of construction planning software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera
• Proven track record of successful business development and project management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
