Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing objectives.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven decisions.,Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and industry leaders to expand our brand's reach and credibility.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that our social media efforts support and complement their initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, and apply this knowledge to our strategies.,Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed.,Report on social media performance and insights to senior management, and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.,Proficient in using social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management and organizational skills.,Creative and innovative thinker, with the ability to develop and implement effective social media strategies.,Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
