📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and other regulatory reports.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decision-making.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
