📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of golf course facilities, including greens, fairways, and bunkers.
• Manage and optimize the club's equipment inventory, including golf carts, golf clubs, and other amenities.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize asset lifespan and minimize downtime.
• Monitor asset performance and conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure all assets meet safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports on asset status, maintenance costs, and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in asset management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management, facilities management, or a similar role in the golf or hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using asset management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with vendors, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with golf course maintenance and operations is a significant advantage.
