📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals.
  • Ensuring food is cooked to the correct temperature and served promptly.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Stocking and managing inventory of food and kitchen supplies.
  • Following all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
  • Assisting with food presentations and plating.
  • Participating in kitchen maintenance and cleaning.
  • Assisting with special events and catering services.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
