PRISM Indonesia is looking for a Deputy Learning Development to join our team in Padang. This role is crucial in supporting our Learning and Development initiatives and ensuring continuous improvement in our workforce.

As a Deputy Learning Development, you will play a key role in designing and implementing training programs, mentoring and coaching employees, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Mentor and coach employees to support their professional growth.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of learning materials and resources.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the company.
  • Provide feedback and support to employees to improve performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a learning and development role.
  • Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant software.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
