📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and optimize our distribution network to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics operations.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency and inventory turnover.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues and improve processes.
• Utilize data analytics tools to forecast demand, plan production, and optimize inventory levels.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and inventory management.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management on supply chain performance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to supply chain operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar logistics management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
