📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our properties in Bali, Indonesia.
• Manage a team of maintenance staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to handle any task.
• Coordinate with property managers to address and resolve any maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure all properties are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to ensure high standards of work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance coordination.
• Proven experience in managing maintenance teams in a hospitality or real estate setting.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance software such as ServiceMax, Workforce, or similar.
• Certification in facilities maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Bali, Indonesia.
