📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle cash transactions and provide change accurately.,Provide excellent customer service and address any complaints or concerns.,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.,Assist in restocking and maintaining inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage terminology.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.,Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
