📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in administrative tasks for the HR and GA departments
• Support HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Help maintain office supplies and equipment
• Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and other GA activities
• Gain exposure to FinTech operations and industry trends
• Contribute to the development of HR and GA policies and procedures
• Assist in data entry and record-keeping for HR and GA departments
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and benefits administration

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and administrative tasks
