📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.,Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Oversee employee performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
