Mart Fresh Unggul is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for helping employees grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HR information systems and software.
