Hotel Maya Kebab is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a hybrid position, requiring a combination of in-store and remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and feedback.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Manage and mentor a team of store staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns.,Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial transactions and compliance with accounting standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
