IFRC & Managed Service Engineer - IT Infrastructure & Cloud Support

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to ensure high availability and performance. You will work closely with our clients to understand their IT requirements and provide tailored support. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services, to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Provide level 1 and level 2 IT support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Implement and manage IT security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored support and solutions.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and incidents to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations to support business growth.
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery tests to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve IT operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud support.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
• Proven experience with ITIL framework and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, including VMware and Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
