📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of banquet events from start to finish.,Managing a team of banquet staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Developing and implementing banquet menus and service styles that align with client preferences and our brand image.,Negotiating with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and providing tailored solutions.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling standards.,Monitoring budget and expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise during events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet services, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of event planning and management principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with banquet equipment, software, and technology.,Valid food handler's certificate and any other relevant certifications.
