📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities, security, and administrative support.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and national regulations.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office facilities and services.,Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.,Organize and facilitate office events, meetings, and activities to promote team bonding and morale.,Handle employee relations and resolve any issues that may arise.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and effectiveness.,Monitor and report on office performance metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Affairs or Administrative role.,Strong knowledge of office management and administrative procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ERP systems.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles is a plus.
