📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the internal audit team, ensuring the timely completion of audit assignments.,Develop and implement internal audit plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.,Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the internal audit function, providing feedback and support to the audit team.,Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with a strong background in financial auditing preferred.,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Proven experience in leading and managing audit teams.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively.,Proficiency in using audit software and data analysis tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
