📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Lead and mentor a team of mechanics, ensuring high standards of work and safety.,Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on vehicles, using the latest diagnostic equipment and tools.,Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and industry trends.,Ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are followed at all times.,Work with other departments to ensure that vehicles are ready for use and meet all operational requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic or in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring a team of mechanics.,Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance, including diagnostic procedures and repair techniques.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
