📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to promote our products and engage with potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform our marketing strategies.
• Execute field marketing campaigns, including product demonstrations and educational sessions.
• Monitor and report on the performance of our field marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing plans.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the healthcare industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software such as Salesforce.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field visits.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
