📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medications.,Monitor patient vital signs and maintain accurate medical records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Assist in the administration of the facility, including patient admissions and discharges.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification from the Indonesian Nursing Board.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and local language (Indonesian).,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.
