📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient health information accurately and maintain patient records.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant regulatory body.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Experience in providing care to patients with chronic conditions is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
