PT Pilar Sakti is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve departmental goals.,Manage and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges as they arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Knowledge of supply chain management is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.
