📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Design and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to participants.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs.,Maintain and update training materials and resources.,Monitor and report on training progress and outcomes.,Provide support and guidance to employees throughout the training process.,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
