📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive guest experience.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and purchasing.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
