📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the full-set of accounting and financial management tasks, including month-end closing, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions and growth initiatives.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of junior accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the financial integrity of the organization.,Stay up-to-date with accounting standards, regulations, and best practices, and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
