📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions accurately using cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Square or Toast.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a smooth checkout process.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including restocking supplies and handling cash deposits.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions securely and efficiently, following company policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with product information, promotions, and special requests.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and discreetly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and barista teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a food or retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and financial records.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using POS systems and cash register software.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture, with the ability to communicate effectively in English if needed.
• Valid ID and the ability to pass a background check.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
