In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire merchandising process, from sourcing materials to ensuring timely delivery and quality control. You will work closely with suppliers, designers, and production teams to bring our products to market. With a salary range of IDR 5,000,000 to 12,000,000 per month, this position offers competitive compensation and a pathway for career advancement.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the entire merchandising process, including sourcing, procurement, and quality control.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality materials.
- Analyze market trends and consumer demand to inform product development and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure that products meet quality and performance standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management strategies.
- Conduct cost analysis and negotiate with suppliers to optimize pricing and profitability.
- Prepare and present reports on merchandising activities to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising, sourcing, or a related field in the textile and garment industry.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
- Familiarity with garment manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
