📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
- Analyze and interpret test results to identify trends and potential issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.
- Train and mentor junior staff on laboratory procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives and goals.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the environmental or industrial sector.
- Certification in laboratory techniques and quality control procedures (e.g., ISO 17025, ASTM, or equivalent).
- Proficient in the use of laboratory software and equipment, including but not limited to, HPLC, GC, and other analytical instruments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards is a plus.
