Daily, you'll perform a variety of tasks, including conducting prenatal exams, assisting in deliveries, providing postnatal care, and educating patients on newborn care and hygiene. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide prenatal, postnatal, and newborn care to expectant and new mothers.
• Conduct prenatal exams, including blood pressure checks, urine tests, and fetal monitoring.
• Assist in deliveries, ensuring the safety of both mother and baby.
• Provide postnatal care, including wound care, breastfeeding support, and family planning counseling.
• Educate patients on newborn care, hygiene, and developmental milestones.
• Participate in community health programs and health education initiatives.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health records (EMR) and patient management software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Midwife in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Valid and active clinical midwifery license.
• Certification in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
