As an Export Import Operations Manager at PT Utama Globalindo Cargo, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of export and import operations. This includes working with clients to understand their shipping needs, preparing shipping documents, arranging transport and warehousing, and ensuring timely delivery. You will also be involved in monitoring and analyzing operations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

• Oversee and manage end-to-end export-import operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with clients to understand shipping requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
• Arrange and manage transportation and warehousing services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Monitor and analyze operations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
• Maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export-import operations or a related role.
• Proficient in using logistics and freight forwarding software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
